Hello followers! I don't know how many of you there will actually be, but I appreciate you taking the time out to read my blog! I'll try to keep it entertaining!
So about me, I'm 24 years old and a student in the Resort and Hospitality Management program at Florida Gulf Coast University. I didn't always want to be in Hospitality. I started off a biology major and wanted to be a doctor, then I went into Political Science and actually finished my degree in it, but then I realized that I loved making people happy, and lawyers typically only make one group of people happy and the other very unhappy. I love working my butt off to make sure someone gets exactly what they want and so I found myself getting a second degree and moving from Chicago to Ft. Myers.
I love to put things together, to gather ideas from all sorts of areas and figure out a way to make them work in harmony with one another. I'm the girl who will buy the bridal magazine just to look at the latest trends and get lots of strange looks from the cashier because I don't have a ring on my finger. I follow tons of other party planning and wedding blogs and I'm addicted to shows like Say Yes to the Dress, and Cupcake Wars, and Four Weddings. I aspire to be an event coordinator working on everything from small graduation parties, corporate conferences, conventions, and beautiful weddings. This blog is an outlet for my ideas. They aren't all my own ideas, many are probably from the creative minds of others, but the ideas need to be put out there, and hopefully they will inspire me to come up with my own unique ideas and maybe they'll even inspire you.
